2016 has begun with a bang!

We just finished a fantastic workshop with Master Jan Silberstorff, one that challenged our bodies to achieve the best and deepest stances, pushed our limits of our understanding of the big picture, and got us really excited about the upcoming summer trip to China with Jan.

Grandmaster Chen Xiaoxing has moved on and is now in Seattle. Here in San Diego, we reviewed Laojia Erlu, Laojia Yilu, Push Hands, and the first section of Xinjia Yilu.

Grandmaster Chen Xiaoxing arrives in San Diego on Tuesday! From here, he will travel to Seattle, then Los Angeles, then Phoenix, then Denver, then Philadelphia, then Chicago, then St Petersburg, then DC!
