It’s not just lessons in a book that you read or in a class you took. Sometimes the principle of yielding and redirecting shows up other unexpected places, like in trip planning.
All of our trips that have involved Taiji have provided us with extracurricular lessons on letting go, yielding, and going with the flow. This trip is proving to be no exception. If I had not studied Taiji for all these years, I would be a complete ball of anxiety right now. Plans are not firm, there are some unexpected changes last minute, but because of my lessons, I know to go with the flow, and to look for the path of least resistance. That path means trusting in the process.
There are lessons to be learned everywhere, you just have to know where to look.
