There is so many fantastic seminars coming this fall at the Taoist Sanctuary – you won’t want to miss a single one!
In October, we’ve got Master Chen Ziqiang coming for 5 days to teach weapons, push hands, and form. Master Chen is a dynamic and gifted instructor who is able to break down complex movement patterns into understandable sequences. His push hands skills are legendary, and his weapons classes are fun and demanding – don’t miss this chance to study with the Head Coach of the Chenjiagou School of Taijiquan!
In November, renowned Taoist Master Ken Cohen returns to San Diego to spend the winter! He will be offering several evening and weekend seminars, two in November to kick off the season. Join him for Why Taoist Immortals Drink Tea on the evening of November 11th, and then for Taiji Ruler Qi Gong the weekend of November 15-16. Then keep your calendar open for his Tuesday evening Yi Quan seminars in December, and The Tao of Diet seminar in March.
To top off 2014, we welcome back Davidine Sim and David Gaffney, our delightful teachers from across the pond! Davidine and David will be here teaching December 3-7, 2014, and will focus on theory, proper practice, and fundamentals of the Laojia Yilu, the original taijiquan form. This seminar will be available for purchase soon – check the store for updates!
