The Taoist Sanctuary welcomes back Master Jan Silberstorff! Jan will be offering classes in Chen style Taijiquan and push hands. Modules are 3 hours each; please purchase as many as you will be attending.

Schedule:

Friday 6pm - 9pm Push Hands (must have some taiji experience)
Saturday 9am - 12pm Standing and Laojia (all levels welcome)
Saturday 2pm - 5pm Standing and Laojia continued
Sunday 9am - 12pm Standing and Laojia continued
Sunday 2pm - 5pm Chen style seated meditation (all levels welcome)

Cost $75 per module
